The Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Program is a comprehensive, practice-oriented learning experience designed to help participants build a strong conceptual and applied understanding of ACT.
This one-month online program focuses on developing psychological flexibility skills while strengthening practical therapeutic competencies that can be confidently applied in clinical and helping settings.
Facilitated through experiential learning, guided discussions, and practical demonstrations, the program helps learners not only understand ACT processes but also translate them into meaningful therapeutic interventions.
