We have below mentioned return policy on booked counselling
You can submit a request for refund through writing an email or call customer care on mentioned number in contact us. The validity of the claim will be determined once we receive input from above method. Once we receive request email communication will be sent for the same. Request for refund will be processed within 15 days of request. In case you have any doubt can write to reach@nurturecounselingexpert.com .
Cancellation
We assign counsellor based on time availability of counsellor. Online counselling session can be pre -booked in advance and reschedule 18 hour prior to scheduled time of appointment. One can reschedule session only twice a time.
