Nurture Counseling offers online mental health counseling, training programs, workshops, webinars, and wellness resources. Services are provided by qualified professionals but do not replace emergency medical or psychiatric care.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our counseling services unless supervised or consented to by a parent or guardian. By using our site, you confirm that you meet this requirement. 

3. Confidentiality and Privacy 

 We are committed to protecting your privacy. All sessions and personal information are kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, in cases where there is risk of harm to self or others, or legal obligation, confidentiality may be breached as required by law. 

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Appointments can be booked via our website or official communication channels.
   
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
   
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

5. Payments and Refunds

• All services must be paid for in advance unless stated otherwise.
   
• Payments are accepted through UPI, bank transfer, or other secure methods.
   
• Refunds will be reverted in your source account within 2 working day by merchant incase of refund approved.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose.
   
• Disrespect or abuse counselors or fellow participants.
   
• Record, screenshot, or distribute session content without permission.

7. Disclaimer

Nurture Counseling is not responsible for any decisions you make based on counseling sessions. Outcomes vary based on individual effort and circumstances. We do not provide crisis intervention services.
